How we’ll work together

A map. Not a script.

No two recovery paths are the same. Here is the shape of the work, and what it costs. We move at the pace your nervous system can actually use, not the pace fear wants.

The shape of the work

Five moves. One direction: toward yourself.

  1. 1

    Rapport and review

We begin with your history, your daily routine, and how symptoms show up in your life, both day to day and at the bigger scale. We build trust and get acquainted before we go anywhere deeper. That part is not optional; it is the foundation.

  2. 2

    Your Evidence List

We build a list of the signs that your pain or symptom may be more neuroplastic than structural. Seeing the evidence laid out tends to loosen the grip of fear, and fear is one of the things that keeps neuroplastic pain switched on.

  3. 3

    Getting curious

You learn to observe sensation with curiosity instead of alarm. We watch how your body and nervous system respond, and we adjust as we go, training you to listen to your body and befriend the nervous system that has been overprotecting you.

  4. 4

    Real-life practice

This is where the work breaks free from the sessions. We explore how to meet symptoms, stress, fear, and old patterns in your actual daily life with more curiosity and less panic. Healing is not a performance, and we are not aiming for perfection.

  5. 5

    Keep going, gently

We check in on what is shifting, what still feels sticky, and where your nervous system may need more support. As you build more trust with your body, we adjust the work together and keep returning to what feels honest, helpful, and doable.

Then we repeat, gently, until your nervous system believes it.

What I work with

Chronic and neuroplastic pain, in many forms.

If your pain has persisted past the point where it makes structural sense, or it moves, spreads, or flares with stress or anxiety, it may be neuroplastic. These are some of the patterns I see most.

Back pain Sciatica Migraines Fibromyalgia Neck pain IBS & GI pain Pelvic pain Pelvic floor pain TMS / MBS Post-surgical pain Joint pain Arthritis Vertigo Muscle pain Tendonopathy General chronic pain
Pace and price

A pace that works for you.

Sessions are offered one at a time, with no upfront package or long-term commitment. Many clients begin with eight to ten weekly sessions, then move to every other week or as needed. There is no fixed timeline, because no two paths are the same.

$150per 50-minute session

Sliding scale? Just ask. I keep a limited number of spots for people for whom cost is a barrier. I would rather we work together than not.

  • Remote sessions, wherever you are
  • Free 15-minute intro call to start
  • Sliding scale available if you need it
  • Pay per session, no packages or contracts

Cancellations within 24 hours of a session incur a $75 fee. More than 24 hours ahead is free of charge.

A note on what coaching is, and is not. I am a certified pain reprocessing coach, not a licensed therapist, and this work is not mental health treatment nor medical care. Coaching is a partnership focused on the goals you set for your life and your relationship with your body. If clinical care would serve you better, I will tell you and help you find it. I also refer out anyone under eighteen, who is better served by a licensed provider.

Curious whether this could work for you?

The intro call is free. Fifteen minutes. Low pressure. Just a chance to feel each other out, with no obligation to continue afterward.
